We’ve always been big believers in facial massage, but it might not quite as obvious as what adding in an icy at-home facial can do.

Morning ritual: Replace the lukewarm water you usually wake up to with an invigorating morning ritual that reduces puffiness and refreshes tired skin after a sleepless night. Apply ice cubes in circular motions to the skin and under eye area for as long as you can manage - work up from 30 seconds to 15 or 20 minutes. If you’re prone to flushing or have sensitive skin, wrap ice cubes in a paper towel or muslin cloth. Nighttime ritual: Massage our Nourishing Cleansing Balm into skin and remove in circular motions with lukewarm water. Post-cleanse, splash face with cold water or repeat the ice cube ritual from above and gently pat dry. Warm 2-4 drops of our Nourishing Facial Oil between palms and press fingertips into face from the jawline, moving upwards. Don’t forget your neck, massaging upwards in vertical strokes.
