We're huge Palo Santo fans. We light the holy wood incense each morning at the studio, but did you know you can prepare a tea infusion from the stick?
We received the following recipe from our Palo Santo supplier in Equador. We tried it out a few nights ago, and it's divine.
How to prepare Palo Santo tea infusion:
Boil the sticks for 15 minutes
Filter and drink with honey at night
A bag of 8 sticks can be used to prepare 25 cups of tea
Light a candle. Pour some tea. Get cozy. And let us know what you think.
