Wholesale Account Manager

Woodlot is seeking an ambitious, capable and highly organized sales representative to work within our wholesale sales team.


The Wholesale Account Manager is responsible for wholesale clients, field education and events execution. They are responsible for ensuring a consistent Woodlot brand experience with our wholesale partners that meets/exceeds company sales and service standards. This will be accomplished by working closely with current accounts, onboarding new accounts, seasonal training, new launch training, retail account training, in-store development, and special events.

  • Maintaining a strong relationship with current Woodlot retailers in your assigned territory (contacting retailers, answering all queries, travelling to visiting retailers in person, and working closely with the rest of the Woodlot sales team)
  • Setting and working to achieve seasonal sales goals, reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing
  • Travelling to multiple trade shows per year, locally and/or nationally
  • Leads events strategy to success in assigned territory through forward planning, communication & partnership
  • Develops & Communicates seasonal education plan to stores, and ensures strong follow up action plan to New Hire Trainings

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Be sales driven
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of retail or wholesale sales experience in beauty, gift or relatable industry
  • Have experience with CRM software
  • Have a confident and pleasant phone manner
  • Possess excellent English language and interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) and have the ability to develop a quick rapport with staff and clients;
  • Be Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Be a team player who is able to also work independently, effective at multitasking and meeting deadlines while maintaining impeccable attention to detail
  • Be motivated, energetic and self-directed, with the ability to take ownership, take initiative and problem solve
  • Possess a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism
